Terms of Rental

The short version of how renting from Seats2Site works. Your written quote lists the exact units, rates and dates for your job and takes priority over this summary. Effective October 21, 2026.

Rates and billing

Monthly rates are $175 per Standard unit and $195 per Large unit, with weekly and weekend rates for shorter jobs. Rentals are billed every 28 days, and partial cycles are prorated by the day. There is no fuel or environmental surcharge.

Delivery, service and pickup

Delivery is $75 per trip inside the core zone. Zone 2 adds $50 per trip, and farther jobs are $100 or more, quoted by phone. Same-day rush delivery adds $75 per trip. Weekly pump-out, cleaning and restock are included at every rate, and pickup at the end of the rental has no fee.

Extra service

Service twice a week adds $80 per unit per month, and three times a week adds $160. A one-off extra cleaning is $25 per unit.

Placement and site access

Units need firm, level ground, and Large units need 36 inches of door clearance. Our truck needs access to the units on your scheduled service day. Sites that block access can add cost. Moving a unit on site is $50 per unit.

Damage and loss

Normal wear is on us. Damage or loss beyond normal wear is billed at repair cost, up to $1,000 per unit if it has to be replaced.
